Now made to fit 1989 to current 5.9L and 6.7L Cummins engine blocks. Billet side freeze plug, includes o-ring and copper sealing washer with stainless steel allen bolt. For 12V and 24V 5.9L blocks place t-bar with the flat side facing out. For 6.7L Blocks the solid steel t-bar has an angle cut on one side to match 6.7L blocks which have a matching angle in the casting inside the water passage. This means the t-bar will need to be installed vertically with the angle on the bar turned to match the angle inside the 6.7L blocks. This is necessary to make sure that the 6mm bolt isn’t pulled at an angle so it can seal properly on the copper washer. Call us with any questions. Click For Instructions
