This adapter allows for higher volume fuel flow through the flex fuel sensor by allowing a secondary route around the sensor itself. Keeping the flex fuel sensor as the primary direction of flow keeps sensor accuracy and keeps ethanol content change delay minimized.Machined from billet aluminum and anodized for maximum protection from E85, this flex fuel adapter is not only a beautiful piece that looks great in any engine bay, but the quality is also unmatched. Each slip-over port is features dual O-rings, and is pressure tested to 150psi.Available with your choice of fuel fittings (optional extra). Adapter is thread for -8ORB Please note: the bypass only works with the Continental flex fuel sensor, GM part number 13577429.
